IHC UK started its activities in October 2023. Since then we have been moving in a positive direction.  We meet up once a month on every first Saturday of the month.

The first one hour is dedicated to yoga. Every month we choose a theme.  Health and well-being of the community and awareness about the key topics are our main goals. In December 2023 we orgnised a Stroke Awareness session. In May  2024, an Autism awareness session was orgnised.
